Hi Carol!
Here are all the links to the information I shared with the retreat ladies. The first link (1) it to a partial interview about the Cathar history. Please remember that the history is very broken because of their mass extinction. We have to research many places to piece it together.
The next link (2) is to a book, Woman with The Alabaster Jar, that is greatly researched with a detailed bibliography about the beautiful history of Mary Magdalene.
Next is a link (3) to the same Oman Frankincense I used to make frankincense water.
The recipe is to put 4 pieces in a quart jar and fill with filtered water. Let sit on the counter overnight. Stir occasionally. You can drink it all in one day or store it in the fridge to sip on for 2 days.
Next link (4) is a wonderful podcast with Judith Kusel who gives details on the history of the Cathars, Mary Magdalene in France, and how the region was very well traveled and linked up.
Following that is a link (5) to a good resource for the Lord’s Prayer as it was given to Jesus in its original language, Aramaic, Jesus native language. (copied below). It’s got places where you can hear each line in the original Aramaic language and its translation. The translation is nice. My favorite translation is from the book Prayers of the Cosmos about the prayers Jesus said. I’ll put that link (6) here too.
The next link (7) is to the song version that played at opening evening with you by Ahana. (Spotify link) (YouTube link)
The final link (8) is the Mayu water vortexer that I used to prepare the water before I added the frankincense.

Abwoon d’bwashmaya
O Birther! Father-Mother of the Cosmos/You create all that moves in light.
Nethqadash shmakh
Focus your light within us–make it useful: as the rays of a beacon show the way.
Teytey malkuthakh
Create your reign of unity now–through our fiery hearts and willing hands.
Nehwey sebyanach aykanna d’bwashmaya aph b’arha.
Your one desire then acts with ours, as in all light, so in all forms.
Habwlan lachma d’sunqanan yaomana.
Grant what we need each day in bread and insight:
subsistence for the call of growing life.
Washboqlan khaubayn (wakhtahayn)
aykana daph khnan shbwoqan l’khayyabayn.
Loose the cords of mistakes binding us,
as we release the strands we hold of others’ guilt.
Wela tahlan l’nesyuna.
Ela patzan min bisha.
Don’t let us enter forgetfulness
But free us from unripeness
Metol dilakhie malkutha wahayla wateshbukhta l’ahlam almin.
Ameyn.
From you is born all ruling will, the power and the life to do,
the song that beautifies all, from age to age it renews.
Truly–power to these statements–may they be the source from which all my actions grow. Sealed in trust & faith. Amen.
We will learn from horses as part of our retreat.
We are so excited to offer our Fall Retreat this year in beautiful
